Contract and the right of revocation.

The contract is effective according to the terms and conditions of L. Bodrik KG valid at the time of order as pertains merchandise and prices and per these terms and conditions valid between L. Bodrik KG and the buyer through shipment of the merchandise.

We are registered in the Mannheim Local Court (Amtsgericht) in Germany under company number HRA 503328.

Prices:

Please refer to our current prices on our online shop. Prices
include the lawful sales tax.

Payment:

In Germany payments are possible by direct debit or COD (cash on delivery).
Shipment of orders paid by direct debit will be delivered immediately after successful debit of the amount.
Should a direct debit be unjustifiably revoked or rejected due to incomplete or incorrect data,
the client must pay the resulting bank fees (up to 10€).
Orders from other countries within the EU are to be payed in advance of delivery.
We kindly advise our customers in Switzerland to order through our sales rep Adonia .

Refund Rights:

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us ( L.Bodrik KG, Ölbronner Str. 2/1, 75248 Ölbronn-Dürrn, Tel.: 07237-7390, Fax: 07237-480243, Email: mail@kumquats.de ) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Guarantee and Repair:

Please contact us to query any defects. We offer free repair and/or improvement-
of faulty material or workmanship up to 5 years from date of purchase.
Defects caused by improper use will be repaired
for a reasonable fee.

Delivery:

We deliver our puppets throughout Europe.
Shipment is carried out by DHL or DPD (German Parcel Service). Delivery within
Germany is carried out immediately provided the product is available so that clients
receive their orders shortly after ordering. You can also set a delivery date-
which we will do our best to keep depending on availability of product.
Expect a delivery time of 14 days for shipment to other European countries.
For delivery without value added tax
we need your VAT-ID number together with your order. Unfortunately we cannot consider
a later provision of your VAT-ID number for tax exemption.

Shipping Costs:

Shipment to private clients is carried out per COD or direct debit.

We calculate a flat-rate of 6,-€ for COD-deliveries.
(Please note that the DHL courier will charge you 2,-€ for COD-deliveries which we cannot disclose separately,
but he/she will gladly give you a receipt.)

Shipping costs for direct-debit orders are 5,- €.
Delivery to public institutiions such as schools, kindergartens, etc.,
can be carried out per invoice whereby 5,-€ for delivery are also added.

Delivery will be carried out after your order amount is transferred to our account (this is indicated on the order form).

Shipping costs are 10,- €.

Basic principle:

Nothing in these terms and conditions should influence or reduce your
lawful rights.
